Chocolate heaven

I enjoyed brunch at Cave à Chocolat, Jean-Paul Hévin, in Isetan, Shinjuku today. The hot chocolate there is HEAVENLY. Freshly whisked and heated at the "chocolate bar" and then delivered to the table in beautiful china accompanied by light-as-a-feather brioche.
I actually discovered Jean-Paul Hévin when I was in Hiroshima and stumbled upon the chocolate bar in the Andersen store there. Andersen is one of my favorite bakeries, along with Paul. The best bread in Tokyo is at Paul. Grainy and wholesome, Le Pain de mie aux 6 céréales is perfect fresh and toasted.
